Poet Mary Azrael, The House No House

Mary Azrael is the author of three books of poems: Victorians, Riddles for a Naked Salior, and Black Windows. Her poems have appeared in Prairie Schooner, Harpers, Chelsea, Calyx, and many other journals and anthologies. She has written librettos for an award-winning choral work, On Paper Bridges, and an opera, Lost Chidhood, performed in Tel Aviv and New York, and presented minimally staged by the National Phillharmonic at Strathmore Music Center. She co-edits Passenger and Passenger Books and teaches poetry workshops at Johns Hopkins.
