DIVERSITY IN STORYTELLING with Meera Sriram
This session will offer insight into #OwnVoices stories in the picture book space. It will address and expand on the questions: What is #ownvoices and why? How can it bring honesty and authenticity to a story? We will discuss a few themes and popular titles, exploring important picture book elements along the way.
